Counselling When You Need It

Rapid Access Counselling provides free, brief, solution-focused support for individuals, couples, youth, and families.

There is no referral required, and appointments are available quickly — often within the same week.

Our services prioritize Saskatchewan residents without workplace benefits, those living on low or fixed incomes, and people who often face long waits for publicly funded services.
